Fairytales Can Come True xx

Hey everyone,

Happy Easter! xx

Do you remember when you were little?

And you used to read about all the princesses and princes falling in love!

And having an amazing wedding and living happily ever after!

And this is how you always thought it would happen for you when you fell in love!

I certainally do! I thought that one day I’d meet someone, have my first kiss in some magical place, get married and everything would be great.

Oh how I wish I was five again ahah.

Because back then, that is how we were sure it would happen. Until we all grew up.

So I guess all I can say is, well…I’m back. It’s been months, almost a year I guess since I last published anything and my best excuse is that time has not been on my side. School decided that a fun idea would be to take over my life, especially art, please, save yourself and never take Nat 5 art ahah. Tbh, I can’t really give advice on that subject though because for some reason, unknown to anyone, including myself, I’m taking Higher art next year.

What I Love About Summer xx

Hi everyone,

Here is basically a list of everything I love about Summer because why not aha.

– Sun (bit of an obvious one but oh well),
– Going to the beach,
– Meeting up with friends,
– Not having to worry about work,
– Swimming/paddling in the sea (in my opinion this is definitely one of the best things about summer),
– Camping or caravanning,
– Horse riding (or any outdoor sport tbh),
– Taking the dog for a walk in the sun,
– Being able to wear your ‘summer clothes’ instead of hoodies and jumpers,
– Going for picnics,
– Hiking,
– The feeling of a slight breeze on a hot, still day,
– Summer blog posts,
– Fresh strawberries and raspberries,
– Ice cream,
– Getting a tan (or getting burnt in my case!),
– Chilling.

What are your favourite things about summer?

Lots of Love,

Love Island 2019 xx

Hi everyone,

To say that this year’s Love Island has had drama is an understatement, so I’ll have plenty to talk about. Blogging for me has always been about writing about things that I love, and I love watching Love Island, so I was like, why not write a blog post about it? So here are my thoughts and basically all the drama that has happened on Love Island since the very first week (well since as far back as I can remember aha), so grab a cuppa and a biscuit and settle down to all the Love Island gossip.

My Top 5 Summer Beauty Tips xx

Hi everyone,

Here are my 5 beauty tips that I use every Summer to make my life a little easier!

1.) If it’s a really hot day you may find that you sweat around your nose and your forehead, which is normal. However, this could lead to your foundation running so instead of wearing foundation, I would recommend wearing BB Cream because it evens out your skin and is a lot lighter than foundation.

Book Review – ‘Eleanor Oliphant Is Completely Fine’ by Gail Honeyman xx

Eleanor Oliphant leads a simple life.
She wears the same clothes to work every day, eats the same meal deal for lunch every day and buys the same two bottles of vodka to drink every weekend.

Eleanor Oliphant is happy.
Nothing is missing from her carefully timetabled existence. Except, sometimes, everything…

New Year, New Me xx

Now that it’s New Years Eve (or Hogmanay), it’s time to think about next year. I always find that calendars and diaries help me to feel organised for the year ahead and sometimes quite excited as well (as much as I would love for  Christmas all year round and always have that sad feeling when New Year comes because Christmas is officially over for another 359 days).
